contracts at assisted living facility
You live at an assisted living facility with a contract for fees and services. A new company buys the facility and requires you to sign a new contract for new fees and services. Is it possible that the old contract is binding, or do you sign or move?

Re: contracts at assisted living facility
Generally, the old contract would still be effective if the new company bought the old company. Comapre the two contracts and see what the differences are, if any. They may just want the agreement to be on their form.
