copywrite infringement
if I use a part of a name for my company that is existing and sell products is this an infringement?

It depends on a lot of different facts, chief among then is whether you use of the name would be confusing to the consumer and if you are in the same field as the other product. You could not, for instance, open a hardeware and appliance store and call yourself the Home Depo Center. By the way, technically, you are dealing with a trademark infringement, not a copywrite infringement.
