Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
cosigner rights
I cosigned on a loan for a motorcycle for my fiancee. He is no longer my fiancee. What can I do to get my name off his loan as it is now making it hard for me to get any kind of financial help I need.

You can only get your name off the loan with the approval and agreement of the bank that loaned the money. That is very unlikely to happen. If your ex fails to pay the loan, the company can come after you and seek payment.
