Credit Card collection agency
Can a credit card collection agency sue a person after the credit card company has charged-off the debt. Is there a Florida statue pertaining to this action. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as the trila date is tomorrow.

Yes. Charge off is an iternal accounting term that has nothing to do with your potential liability for payment of the debt.
