credit card debt from death spouse
Am i responsible for my deceased wife credit card debt.
I was advice to consolidate her debt on my credit card.
I was not on my wife's credit cards and my wife name is not on my credit cards. I was treatned with legal action if I did not pay her debt. I feel that I have been given wronng advice by these credit companies. what can I do to reverse this action. her debt is about $40,0000.
help.
