credit card debt
If I am sued in civil court. What is the better option? Ignore it, or go to court.

Re: credit card debt
If you do not go to court a judgment will be entrered against you in the amount sought. If you dispute the debt or the amount sought, you should go. Have you tried to resolve the matter with the company? They may agree to a lesser amount. Again -- if you do not show up a judgment will be entered against you. The only hope against that is to appear and go to court.

Re: credit card debt
Not good to ignore it because it could lead to a default judgment and a lien on any property you may own. It would be best to contact a lawyer. Please feel free to contact my office.
