Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
credit card
I recently filled out an application for a credit card on line, at the end of the application I was informed I had been approved with a credit amount of $30,000.00 and that my card would arrive in 7 to 10 days. upon receipt of my card, My credit limit was only $6,000.00. I had transferred (2) balances so I could not cancel the card. I spoke with the comapny and they informed me they would not do anything. I have the paper printed from my online application granting me the $30,000.00 credit amount. How can they do this and is this legal?--

An attorney would need to read the agreement you have and see the other documents. Feel free to contact me on this.
