Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
credit monitoring
I have been being charged on my credit card a fee every month to a compnay to monitor my credit.Last year I pulled my 3 credit reports and found fradulent items on it of which I disputed. This year I did the same and found more fradulent items on it. Am I entitled to all my money back because they never advised me of any new open accounts on my credit report?

Re: credit monitoring
You certainly have a good case against them, though you'd probably have to take them to small claims court to get your money back, which may not be worth it to you. If you paid the credit monitoring service by payments to a credit or debit card, you may want to challenge the charge.
You may want to switch to a more reputable credit monitoring company. I use MyFICO.com, and it seems to work very well, or at least it has so far.
