Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
just curious
I have an ATV that I am trying to sell a close friend of the family is interested in buying it. However he does not have good enough credit to transfer it into his name. is it legal to leave it in my name and allow him to take over payments?

You can leave it in your name, but if your friend is in an accident you may get sued as the owner of the vehicle. I would not recommend it.
