Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
My Dad who is 70yrs.old and just had brain surgery bought a tractor from a man who has a small tractor and parts business.He's had it about 3 weeks,It has'nt worked right since it was delivered.It was used but he was assured that it was rebuilt,My dad wants his money back so he can buy a working tractor,The seller refused to give a refund..

Either the tractor was sold "as is" in which case it is your dad's problem or it was sold with a warranty in which case it may be the seller's problem. A judge may need to decide. You may file a small claims suit in your County Court.
