Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
i have a daughter in a private college that got thrown out because of a default payment of her loan. do i still have to pay for that loan even though she didnt graduated?

If you signed for the loan, then yes. An obligation to pay a student loan is generally not dependent upon whether the student graduates. If you are unsure, you should check with the lender.
