Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
My daughter is trying to sell a vehicle she has financed. The lender has the title. Every prospective buyer is afraid if they pay her, they will not get a clear title and lose their money. How can the sale be done so the buyer is protected along with my daughter the seller.

Have the buyer and your daughter go to the lender and have the buyer pay off the lender. Have the lender issue clear title to your daughter and have your daughter sign the title over to the buyer all at the same time. Whatever is over an above the loan is profit to your daughter. An agreement to that effect can be easily done.
