deal not funded after almost 3 months
bought a o4 car april 2006.drove it and loved it.I reieved a phone call yesterday,from dealer saying come in lets work this out,which i did do. he said sorry but the lender went bankrupt, and are not funding your car.I am upset after getting tag, paying down payment, getting rid of my existing car. what can i do.

You should be able to get your down payment back. Further they should refund the tag, tax and license fee.
