Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
dealer will not release new car
can a dealer who sold me a new 08 hold my vehicle if he mistakenly gave me the wrong vehicle and not the one I signed for. I asked for my right car and they said they would loose money, I bought the car 11 das ago. They wan me to do a new contract for this other car.

Re: dealer will not release new car
you are entitled to the car that you contracted for. If they made a mistake, it is their problem -- not yours. Stick to your guns.
