Can a dealership sell you a call without fixing the re-called parts?

They can but then must fix the parts when you immediately bring it in to have this work done. I assume this is a new car. If it is an old car and out of warranty, the dealership should still fix the vehicle without charge. see www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com for links that will help you.
