Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
if a dealership did not tell us that they wanted extra money for a car we recently purchased, then calls us 3 days later and said they made a mistake by not asking for an extra $4,500 before they let us leave the lot with the car. It was a holiday weekend blowout and they were making deals, we bought 2 cars.
They threatened us that if we did not return the car to them immediatly the were calling the police and report it stolen and have it repoed. What do I do? We thought the deal was what we agreed,

Look at the paper work. They are either entitled to the money or not. If it was not covered in the paper work, then they are out the money. Want to know the law?
