debt collection
i had a repossessed vehicle resold by the lien holder. the loss suffered by them has been charged off on my credit report as such. the debt is now being pursued by a third party collection agency. am i responsible for this debt? and if so what actions can be taken against me ?

Yes, and these debts can lead to litigation. They could get a judgment against you if they take it court.
