Depending on which state you purchased the cart in, the lawyer should be licensed to practice in that state (so if you purchased the cart in FL, get a lawyer there). A general civil practice or consumer law attorney will be able to help you (as well as business or contracts lawyer).

Where is the company? Where was it to be delivered? It is easiest to sue in either place. You should find a lawyer in the area of where the suit will be filed. It is such a small matter at issue, you don't want one that will need to travel any distance. Any trial attorney should be able to handle the matter -- it is a simple breach of contract action. If the documentation is good, you can probably do it yourself in small claims court. Learn your lesson . . . . never pay in full up front.
