Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
dentist office
I paid my dentist 2,700.00 for an upper and lower plate over 16 months ago. He has never finished the work. I asked for a refund and he only wants to refund me 250.00. He claims the work is 90% done, but when i looked at them they looked less than half done. He also told me he will sue me if i contact his office anymore and gave me a private number to call. What can i do? Im so frustrated.

See my web site re medical/dental malpractice to learn your rights. www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
However, because the claim is limted, I suggest you contact the local county dental society and or state society and file a complaint. Usually they will try to work things out. see my web site for statute of limitations.
