Deposit on a Sale
If I am selling something and someone gives me a deposit on the item, but somebody offers me double for my item. Can I sell it to the person who offered me more. I am just a citizen not a buisness .

Re: Deposit on a Sale
If you agreed to sell the item and took a deposit from the first person, you have a contractual obligation to sell it to that person.
