Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Due Bill not being upheld.
I recently purchased a vehicle from a
dealership. Before we signed
anything we were given a signed
DUE BILL that said if we purchase
the vehicle, we would get $1600 for
deferring payments. When the final
paperwork was made they only sent
us a check for $824. No additional
DUE BILL was created. Can I legally
hold them to the original DUE BILL
and what are my rights if they refuse
to pay the rest?

Re: Due Bill not being upheld.
It depends on what was signed and what was not signed and what the paperwork that was signed says.
