Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I had been dunned for a single student loan that this lender told me got transferred to them. My legitimate lender denies this. Because there are few consumer laws protecting student loan borrowers, I paid the loan demand in full by reconsolidating. However, I still have a letter from my legitimate lender stating they never transferred the loan note. In addition, the IRS has provided me with written confirmation that that they have no record of a 1098-E from this scam lender - only the 1098-E filed by my legitimate lender. Now that I have gathered this and other documents of proof that this lender has defrauded me & the Dept of Education, as well as the the legitimate lender, I would like to retain an attorney to bring action against this lender for fraud. Please respond to [email protected] if interested & I can provide more specific detials.

That sounds interesting. But, you don't have a case in which you can recover. So, you would need an attorney to take your case and your money. If you are willing to pay, I am willing to fight. Email me if you want me to fight for you, and if you can pay something.
