Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have a durable power of attorney for a friend of mine. Can I transfer title to my name only since I have a POA WITHOUT HIS CONSENT IF MY NAME IS ON THE TITLE TOO

Bad idea and perhaps a breach of fiduciary duty. You can't do that in any event without consideration.
