Elemination of Contracted Cable TV Channel
If a Contracted Cable TV Channel is eleminated and no substitute channel provided and the monthly cable bill is reduced, and this bill is paid, do I have any complaint recourse and ability to cancel the contract.

You should check your contract with the cable provider. I'll bet it says that they are allowed to add and delete channels. Mine does (Bright House).
