Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Expired Gift Certificate
I received a gift certificate for Amazon dot com. It says ''expires: 23-Feb-2007''. I tried to use it on the 23rd and Amazon wouldn't allow it. If they won't let you use it on the 23rd, it should say ''expired'', not ''expires''. Essentionally, they're saying it expired on the 22nd. Is there any law about this?
