Fake Merchandise
I bought some sun glasses at a store in the mall only yo find out they were fake the next day. i went back to the mall the next day to get a refund and the store did not want to refund me my money. the recipt says full refund within 30 days. do i have a case?

Yes, you have a case. You'll need to be able to prove that the sunglasses you have are actually the ones that you bought from the store. I would ask to speak to the manager of the store to try to work it out because it will be a pain in the you know what to file a lawsuit over a pair of sunglasses.
