Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
false documentation
Last year i purchased a Ford Ranger. I was under the impression that it was a 6 cylinder truck. On the contract it clearly states that it is a 6 cylinder truck. Upon inpection of the motor, I realized that it is only a four cylinder truck. Is there anything that I can do legally?

Re: false documentation
Where did you purchase the truck? Who did you purchase the truck from? What was the exact date of purchase ?

Re: false documentation
There are many unanswered questions. If the entity from which you purchased the truck is 'collectable', then you can go to court and sue. I suggest you seek the aid of competent counsel in your area.
