Faucet was not installed properly and cause a flood in the home. What are my legal rights

Maybe you have rights, maybe you don't. Depends on who put it in, and whether or not you had a contract with that person or a relationship that created a duty to you.

I hope the worker and or his company had insurance. This is an issue a consumer must address when having work done.
