Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
My fiance and I just purchased a car for me. She is the primary and I'm the co signer,is there a way we can write a contract giving me full ownership to the car if i'm making the payments. She wants nothing to do with the car but they had to put her name first because she had the income but i had the better credit. I want something that will hold strong in court and let me keep the car because i'm making the payments.

Have an attorney draft your contract, if you want something that will "hold strong" in court.
