Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
How do I find out the length of statute of limitations for my state, which in this case is Florida? Is there a website I can lookup.... google searches have not been useful.

The SOL is in the Florida Statutes. You did not state your type of case, so I cannot point you to the right statute.

Start by looking at Florida Statute 95.11 and the statutes immediately before and after it in chapter 95. These are the general statutes of limitations in Florida. However, many types of claims have their own limitation period contained in other statutes, so you have to find the statutes that relate to those particular claims.
