Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
On FL I bought a car today, signed finance paperwork and took possession of the vehicle. The dealership just called there was confusion on their part. Pricing was incorrect. They want me to come in and sign new paperwork. The difference is ~ 3,000. What is my legal obligation since I do have a signed contract. Is it binding?

Assuming you have an agreement-- that is not conditioned on financing-- then do not modify the agreement. I suggest you consult with a consumer lawyer if you have any doubts. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com for a lawyer in your area. Look for the NACA link.
