Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Florida Buy & Sell
There's a shop in Florida where they Buy and Sell things. They buy items at a low price with the intent on selling them online or in their store for more money. Is a shop like this legally allowed to buy an item from an 18 year old, knowing the whole time that the 18 year old is selling it to give the money to their minor friend? The said minor who owns the item was present for the transaction and all price haggling was done between the buyer and the minor.

Re: Florida Buy & Sell
Hard to tell from your description. A minor cannot make a contract as you describe it.
