Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Florida refunds.
I signed a contract for a radio and tv show. This means i would have interviews appear in both forms of media. I wanted to cancel this contract, and I am enquiring about the "cooling off period".
The contract stated "this is non-refundable"
Do I have the right to a full refund?

There is an company going around selling radio and tv commercials and they do not live up to the bargan. Most of those trapped in this situation forgo their deposit and some are even sued. It is a scam. I do not know if this is the same company, but I have defended consumers caught in this contract. See a lawyer in your area who practices comsumer or contract's law.
