Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Florida's lemon law

I bought a new car and have not been able to drive it because it is infected with ants. The dealership has kept the car for almost a week now with no resolution to the problem. Is this considered a lemon? The dealership's GM told us we were basically stuck with the car. Is this true? Am I able to get a new car or refund?

Re: Florida's lemon law

Depends on the source of the ants. If the ants were there when you bought the car -- it's their problem. If the ants infested the car after you bought it -- it's your problem.
