I found a dead fly on my salad at a very popular restaurant. Can I sue? I have pictures and a voided receipt showing i did not have to pay for the food.

No. You have no damage and no injury. I am sure they replaced the salad. Why would you want to sue when you were not hurt in the slightest way.
