Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I found a plastic rubber item in my bag of store bought rice and the rice company wants me to mail it to them to investigate. Do I mail over the item?

It sounds like you were not injured in any respect and just found the item. If so, mail it to the company. They will inspect it to determine where the rubber item came from and take measures to prevent it from reoccurring again.
