Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
fraud?
I just bought a truck few days ago I did sign for the 16% but under the table they gonna make me pay close to 35% I wonder myself it is fraud what this people are doing to me ? or it is legal, can I sue them for violation of contract?

if you signed a contract to pay 16%, why would you pay 35%. That is probably usurious interest.
