Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Fraud ID theft?
I recently received a medical bill at my home address. The name on the bill does not belong to me or my family. The bill was for over $1500. Is this a form of identity theft? What should I do?

Re: Fraud ID theft?
Sounds like a misbilling and not anything having to do with dientity theft. Sounds like a typo on the bill for the adress.
