Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I frequent a local gas station on a daily basis as does my room-mate. Consistently we make the exact same purchase, however, I pay more than my room-mate. I have kept copies of my receipts as well as his and compared them. I am consistently spending an additional 30 cents for my purchase of the exact same items he purchases. Both pay cash, although he has a higher rapport than I do with this individual. It is a Ma & Pa shop however, I do not believe that is fair. Is this legal?

If you are being charged more than the displayed price then you may have a point. Otherwise, a store owner can discount whomever they want. Not sure why they would knock off 30 cents though.
