friend getting out of jail
my friend is getting out of jail after 8 years. if he stays with me will i be able to get him out of the house at any time without any problems? what are his rights and mine?

A landlord tenant relationship is established the moment you open your home to another person with the expectation that they may stay there for any length of time. After the relationship is established you must go through the formal eviction process if the person will not leave your home voluntarily.
