Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
We have let a friend use our leased car and added him on to our insurance policy with a verbal agreement that he would pay for the car and insurance for the term of the lease and then buy the car at the lease termination. He has been paying for a long time but has trashed the car and now wants to stop paying for it and drop it off in our driveway. Do we have any recourse?

You will have to sue him and prove up the agreement.
