Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
was given furniture and now they want to take it back
my father gave me his furniture when he moved and he never paid on it....i did a little to help him out...now they have a court order on it and he has to pay.....can he take the furniture away from me? i never signed an agreement...

If he gave it to you, it is yours. If he owes money on it, you should give it back if he wants it so he can sell it (or you can buy it). But you can keep it and stick it to him if you want if he gave it to you.
