Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
furniture
bought a sofa, and waited 3 weeks for delivery, it arrived I brought sofa home myself. Could not put legs on, Manufacturer defect? store sent someone out to fix and did. However sofa was upside down for 3 days. When placed correctly and unwrapped, I seen 2 rips on lower sofa. Called to have repaired. Told tuff luck you signed for it. Store Wrapped a piece of junk and I signed for it. Are they not liable for anything now.

Go and see a supervisor. Take pictures to show them. Do not delay further. If they refuse to make it right, then file a small claims action.
