Furniture not delivered in proper condition,retailer refuses to refund my money

Purchased furniture dining rm set with buffet, all pieces delivered damaged twice. I have asked for refund on the buffet piece.The retailer refuses claiming i signed contract staing replacement v refund,since refnd was offered the 1st time it is obvious they do not autmomatically abide by such contract. They have refused to refund me i am refusing delivery i am still without what i paid for and considering small claims action. I purchased on-line from a north carolina comapny. I am situtated in orlando florida. Please advise to my rights and where do i file small claims actions etc.

In orlando or the county in which the company is headquartered. Typcially the rule for a breach of contract is either where the contract was entered into, where the contract was breached, or where the company does business.
