Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
my girlfriend recently financed a used car from a buy here pay here place she had traded in another car that was on the very last payment .she had not once in three years been late on her payments and the new place said theyd pay her last payment ...well here it is a month later and they still havent paid off her last payment!now thats made her look bad and they are still calling her for payment ??????

Have her go to the place and work out a deal where she pays the loan off and they will credit her toward payments for the new car. Get it all in writing.
