Gross mishandling of insurance policy failure to compensate

Added 2nd auto on 9/14/04.Involved in no-fault accident 12/14/04.Could not document accident on 14th. was told car was cancelled and truck still insured.Involved Ins commis office. Reputable ins. co. keeps covering up.Every time problem is resolved they come up w/new reason for cancellaton. I've cont. to send proof that I should have been legit. ins.=Proof of inacurate cancellationfor accident that never happened(the date had't even come yet), proof of payment(they said they hadn't recieved payment for Oct-Dec. 2004(I have auto withdrawl payments through bank. They took all payments in question PLUS double payment in Dec2004 !!After my cancellation!!),Ect...Insurance Comiss. office was enraged. Ins. co. gave up and will pay for auto but not the value they owe. Not close. They covered the truck added in Sep. It was in my name but my Fianc'ees truck. 8 yrs sober 1 day slip. He recieved his 1st misdeminor DUI on the17th of Dec. Ins. totalled truck with minor damage.State that payment for truck was reason they cancelled me and wouldn't pay. I was cancelled for no reason on the 14th, his accident was 3 days later on the 17 of the same month. Even so, I should not suffer because they made a financ. mistake. 34 w/ ''Safe Driver'' on lisc

It definitely looks like the insurance carrier may have made a mistake, especially if their actions are being frowned upon by a governmental agency. It would be necessary to see your agreement to determine whether the insurance company is liable to you.
