Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Harassing Collection Call
I received a voicemail from a collector with the following message. ''We are going to through your black tail in jail if you do not return the call'' Is this harassment? Is there any legal recourse for such actions, if so what steps should I take?
Please advise
