Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hello.
I have a question regarding a credit card debt that was mounted in 1995. I am still experiencing harrassing mail and phone calls on this. It has been transferred to a few collection agencies. Can they go after me by taking me to court at this stage?
PS...when I charged this credit card up, I was young and had a part time job and lived at home. I am now on my own and have other responsibilities. I never filed for bankruptcy or anything. Please help.

If this debt is more than 4 years old, you may have a claim. see www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com under collection violations. If in south Florida, call me.

Sounds like the debt is too old to pursue, unless you have made some payments in the interim or there is an accounted claim.
