Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hi,
A Texas car dealer sold me a repo RV for $22k , DMV in my hometown in Florida wont let me register it because they dont accept the finance co.'s lien release form that the dealer provided me. According to my DMV they need (RV was originally titled in Minnesota) form PS-2024-08 from Minnesota and from Texas (because the RV was sold there) we need form VTR 264. The car dealer keeps promising he will get it, but he has been stalling us for months. Can we make him refund us the RV or what can we make him do? We have not been able to drive the RV. Thanks Derek

Depends on the contract terms. Register it in Texas if possible or you might return it to the seller.
