Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hi,
I have a debt from Capital One that was written off as bad debt in 2/03 and now they trying to collect $2082.89 as interest from the payments. It has been 10 yrs and the debt has been deleted from my credit report. Please tell me what options do I have to fight this?
